Fathers Bank Statements

My father is 92 years old and has been diagnosed with terminal cancer. My sister has been living with him for the past 5 years and has her name on his bank account. My question is this; can I access my father’s bank statements after he has died? I say this as I believe my sister has been drawing out his money for her own use. Also am I entitled to a copy of his will after his death? I also think she will be the sole executor of his will.

After your father's death, the people who will be authorised to to see bank statements.are the executors of the will, so if your sister is the sole executor, it will be her who has this authority.
If you are not an executor, then the bank will not tell you anything.
Once a will has gone to probate, I believe I am right in saying that the will becomes a public document, for anybody to see, so you would be able to get a copy of the willEarly retired - 18th December 2014
