National Minimum Wage 2013

Does anyone know what the new minimum wage will be from 1st October? most probably a bit too early to ask but I was sure I read somewhere that it was going to be addressed in the 2013 Budget.
Not quite sure if I missed it or not as I didn't watch all of the Budget.
