YBS - Any real difference between agency and a branch?

Hi All,
In the process (finally) of arranging my mortgage.
I have decided to go with YBS. As i am borrowing over 85% LTV i am not able to apply online and have to do it at a branch.
On there website i used the branch and agency finder to find the nearest one to me. The nearest to me is an Agency, i phoned them up and am going through the process tomorrow morning.
I am wondering is there anything i should look out for when going through an agency? are there any differences than doing it through a branch?
