Hello guys,
This is my 1st post on this great site, Can anybody help,
my partner (28) and i (27)are thinking of moving house with our 2 children,
Our joint income is approx 30k,, Our house is valued at approx 83k, of this amont we owe abbey national 55k,
The new house is valued in the region of 130k but due to a quick sale needed (family member getting divorced) Weve been offered it for 115k, My cousin also wants to buy my house,
we have no bad credit as we remortgaged for 12k 6 months ago,
weve been with Abbey since we bought the house 8 years ago (17years left on existing loan)
Currently paying £380 per month
What would be the best thing to do ? i can realistically pay approx £520
whos got the best deals? and dont mind going over 25years again- any help would be much appreciated,
regards,Andy D

This does look achievable but it wil depend on what deposit you are looking to put down.
Also what kind of rates are you looking for?
