Hi!!
I'm a first time buy and have a short credit history:
Earn 41k employed 6ths ago
Have a car loan with 10 payments left at 430 a month
Applied two months ago for a credit card and re payed in full the first statement that arrived.
Opened my bank account when with this new job.
At the moment I live with my parents and save every penny.
I was thinking to move out and jump "the renting step" and move directly to a house.
The property is on the market at 180k and have a 20k deposit.
Will I have any chance to be approved ?
Thanks!!

Some lenders your may struggle on affordability (with the car loan), others you should be fine. Might be worth a chat with a mortgage broker but i think you should be able to get a mortgage based on what you have said.I am a Mortgage AdviserYou should note that this site doesn't check my status as a mortgage adviser, so you need to take my word for it.
