Kellogg’s Wheats Competition Terms and Conditions

1. The promotion is only open to UK residents aged 16 or over, excluding Kellogg’s employees, their families, agents or anyone else professionally connected with this promotion.


2. No purchase is necessary.


3. All information on this site forms part of the terms and conditions. All entrants agree to be bound by these terms and conditions.


4. Entries will go into a free prize draw to win the following:

A family trip to Alton Towers with an overnight stay at the Alton Towers Hotel.


5. Alton Towers trip includes:

- 1 night at the Alton Towers Hotel for the family (2 adults and 2 children aged up to age 11) in a standard family room.
- Breakfast.
- A day ticket for all the family (2 adults and 2 children aged up to 11) to the Alton Towers Theme Park and Waterpark.
- Expenses allowance up to the value of £200.


6. The prize must be booked by the 1st October 2007. The prize is valid for travel until 1st November 2007. Excludes bank holidays.


7. The draw will be held on 8/06/2007. The closing date for the receipt of entries is 12 midnight on the day before the draw.


8. Prizes are offered subject to availability. In the event of a prize not being available, Kellogg’s reserve the right to substitute an alternative of equal or higher value.


9. Entries are limited to one per email address.

10. The winner will be notified by email within 28 days of the draw date. Please be sure to provide a working email address so that we can contact you. The winner will receive their prize by post.

11. Winners must reply to the prize administrator within six full weeks of the initial prize notification being sent. Follow up emails will be sent out in two-week intervals. If the winner has not contacted the prize administrator within this time, then the prize will be withdrawn and another winner selected at random.

12. Responsibility cannot be accepted for those entries lost, damaged or delayed in transmission. Proof of sending will not be accepted as proof of delivery. Illegible or incomplete entries will be disqualified.

13. Prizes are not transferable. No cash alternative is available.


14. Winners must participate in all required publicity.

15. The winner’s name will be posted on https://www.kelloggs.co.uk/winners 28 days after the draw date.

16. The decision of Kellogg’s is final. No correspondence will be entered into.
