ET documents - what does the term cover.

Would the term 'documents' to be referred to at hearing cover
outlook calendars for staff whereabouts
emails
employees employment file.

Also, what other documents have people requested from ex employer as being relevant to their case.

    Anything that you would need to prove/back up something; a rough example would be "I wasn't paid for the hours I worked in the month of April, please see my time sheet and my payslip", it could be anything really.

    The way I went about deciding was to do a first draft of my witness statement at this point and by that work out what documents I needed
