I'd email them and chase them up. I won some Jack Osbourne DVDs from them in March and never received them. When I chased them up about it a month after I won, they told me they'd posted them out 3 weeks earlier. They weren't at the sorting office, I didn't receive a card through the door and thats the last I heard...:mad:0 -
