Hi
Wondering if anybody can help me. I am looking to buy a first time house at £165k and have a deposit of £25k in N.ireland. I earn 34k per annum.
Unfortunately in the past I have had student defaults. The date or defaults are sep 2008. One for £1566 overdraft and one for store card £200.
Is there any way I can get a mortagage? I have an experian score of 939 yet my equifax is only 321.
I dont want to apply to damage my file until I have an idea. I have no missed payments in the last 4 years and my accounts have never been overdrawn.
Any advice would be fantastic.
Thanks
