Morning,

I realise its been a while since I last posted, I've had a lot going on, and I like to catch up with the posts to see whats been going on before I post.

Welcome to all the newcomers, welcome back to Miro, and happy birthday!

I'm pretty good in myself at the minute, have been going to therapy once a week for a discounted rate, and have made some astounding progress and really got to the bottom of some long term issues. For anyone considering it, please give it a go, its preferable to the hell of feeling depressed, something that is such a terrible terrible feeling.

All that needs to be dealt with now, is the financial issues that I have, hopefully being in work will help me begin to turn that tide, as its a constant reminder of my bad times.

,i read all your posts and i wonder how you rem what everyones about.just lately i have trouble remembering the day of the week and the date and you go out of your way to know all the details.much respect to you all, i say!!!suppose when i get used to everyone, ill be better, but just bear with me!

seems very strange without tiff.seems to have a huge presence on her and am missing the posts.hope shes enjoying the hol and it does her good.

suns just come out again and always feel alittle bit better.hope i havent got that sad thing???mind you, if its free ill have it(only joking).

welcome to the new posters, btw.this little boat getting bigger all the time, we will soon need an ocean liner at this rate!!!

Flatmate got me some nice gifts - i'm not a fussy or expensive person, I appreciate anyone remembering. Very themed today.....Britney, Sarah Michelle Gellar, Britney, Emily Proctor (Calleigh from CSI Miami), Britney.....oh and some slippers :rotfl:

My little nephews got me a Milky Bar

Off into town for some food and as i'd been unwell for a whole month up until the weekend, i've barely eaten the last 4 weeks, so I have about £50-£100 spare, so i'm going to treat myself - lots of small things or a new phone.....hmmmm, I don't NEED a new phone but it has no camera on it.........sounds really materialistic when i'm not, but one day a year....

I'll settle for Britney.....maybe she'll call, e-mail, pop round, propose....:p

thats dogs,have had great danes for over 20 years...god that makes me sound sooo old.anyway, hes 6 tom and he looks like the one on the weather ads on itv and the one on corrie, cos hes fawn with a black(well grey now, bless!!)mask.when i come back in my next life, im gonna be a dane.so laid back with a great temperament for a 15 stone giant!!!i know , hes on a permanent diet.....but when he looks at you with those eyes, you cant resist...and he doesnt understand the word, diet.....so whAt can i do???

I don't watch ITV usually (unless it's sport) or Coronation Street

My cat's don't understand diet either........neither do I......i'm not that big in the belly, maybe a month of 'dieting', only i'm not strong enough to say no to the odd pie/cake etc :rotfl:
