Sainsbury Natural Yoghurt

  • Oh, didn't know that. Had sainsburys last week, got morrisons this week. It says 'low fat yogurt with lactobacillus acidophilus' so who knows!

    Cool so both Sainsbury and Morrison do a decent basic yoghurt that's live.

    Waitrose - don't
    Asda don't

    I never even thought to check ingredients before so out of interest dug the sainsburys carton from the recycling ( it was at the top ) and it has a few more 'ingredients' include that of morrisons but sainsburys specifies live bacteria unlike morrisons. Learn something new everyday!
