What's an aisle runner?0

My wedding planner is making one for us by wrapping her length of red carpet in white material. Maybe you could get a carpet offshoot from somewhere?0

Have you checked with your church that they are happy for you to change things? They might be wary if you start lifting their carpet which could then cause damage to their carpet or flooring. Or they might worry in case somebody trips on your runner - who would be liable - you or the church?
Is an aisle runner a vital expense? Couldn't the money be better spent (or saved?) elsewhere?0 -
An aisle runner is what the bride walks down the aisle on. Its usually about 100ft long you put it on top of the carpet.0
