Credit cards for discharged BRs?

Hi all,

If this has been posted before, please just link me to the appropriate thread and I'll delete this post with apologies.

My situation is this: I declared myself BR in November '04 and got an early discharge in August '05.

I DO NOT want to gain new credit only to run into debt again but I do sometimes have to incur business expenses. Sometimes I will take a customer out to lunch and at the moment, pay cash, which doesn't look terribly professional.

Although I'm aware of pre-pay debit cards, most incur a charge and a credit card receipt would look better when presenting my expenses to my company.

Are there any low-limit cards out there, or sympathetic lenders who would consider helping a former BR rebuild their file?

I think you will find yourself banging your head against a wall with this one ,capital one no longer do the card that you paid an up front deposit 4 and alot of x bankrupts have even been turned down for the very high interest ones such as vanquis,have you checked your credit files to see if they been changed and made up to date ?
