My tights are squeaking as I walk in my shoes

I wonder if you can help.
I am not a natural dress wearer, but I am getting ready for a wedding in a few days time and have tried on my outfit.
I can just about bear wearing a dress, but my tights are making a large deep squeak. I think it is as my foot moves slightly inside the shoe.
Any ideas how to stop announcing my arrival as I walk along?
Many thanks

Are your shoes a little loose? Maybe try an insole or gel inserts.Overcome the notion that you must be ordinary. It robs you of the chance to be extraordinary!Goal Weight 140lb Starting Weight: 160lb Current Weight 145lb0

Hi, Martin’s asked me to post this in these circumstances: I’ve asked Board Guides to move threads if they’ll receive a better response elsewhere (please see this rule) so this post/thread has been moved to another board, where it should get more replies. The only sound I ever hear from mine is a swishy brushing together sound if my legs rub together.
Usually its from the more expensive brands. I think it's a quality thing0 -
Are they brand new tights? If yes, handwash them with detergent and the squeaking should be gone once they're dry!0
