HSBC 5 year fix

Below is a quote from Mail online
"This has chased the lowest five-year fix down into lifetime tracker territory - the best of these comes from HSBC at 2.38 per cent with a £1,499 fee or 2.69 per cent fee-free."
I can't find any mention of it on the HSBC website,anyone have any ideas if it's about to be offered?

I read it as these are the best lifetime tracker rates rather than the best 5 year fixes?I think....0
