thank you-queue was long but worth the wait. I took DD and it cost £2.80-the cost of 2 cups of tea. meals should have been £5.75 each-!

Today I received a reply from the Head Office and it was a very nice apology and an even nicer £10.00 Gift card. Didn't expect that.
