Glenfiddich are offering the chance for one GQ reader every month to win the Glenfiddich Bursary - in association with Glenfiddich's "Every Year Counts" initiative - £5,000 for you to put towards whatever you want and use in any way you want.

This is serious stuff and you have the chance to really do something you never thought possible! The more unique and innovative, the better and throughout the year, GQ magazine and GQ.com will feature the winners.
Here are some of the 'wishlists' from the GQ.com team to get the ball rolling... How about using the £5,000 to motorbike round the world like Ewan McGregor, or go to film school and direct your own movie like Guy Ritchie. Perhaps you can take diving lessons and submerge yourself in the wonderful underwater world of the Great Barrier Reef in Australia. Whatever your burning ambition, here's the chance to change your life and really make this year count.

It couldn't be easier; all you have to do now is enter. Fill out the entry form and let us know what you'd do with the £5,000 Glenfiddich Bursary and why. And there's more. if you're entry is selected, you can celebrate in style with three bottles of Glenfiddich Single Malt Scotch Whisky (aged 12, 15 and 18 years) worth more than £90.

Competition Entries

Only one entry per person is allowed.

Competition entries must be made in the manner specified in clause 15 and by the closing dates as set out below. Failure to do so will disqualify the entry. Unsuccessful applications received for any Issue, may, at the sole discretion of the Promoter be reconsidered for later Issues.

As part of the application form you must explain how you would use the £5000 Glenfiddich/GQ bursary to “Make This Year Count”. Using the guidelines on the entry form to assist you, you must include a detailed description of the project which you would propose to undertake if awarded the bursary (“the Project”).
