small overpayment to mortgage or debt?

I'd really like some advice (although I think I may know the answer.....)
So I'm trying to pay off my debt mountain, get some savings and then either buy the other half of my property or sell up and get a new shiny place.

Some of my debt is on 0% but approx £12000 of my debt is attracting interest of 14 - 27%. I'm planning to snowball the higher debts first and in reality by that time my 0% debts will be attracting interest unless I can switch.

Ive been slightly overpaying my mortgage to build up equity as I had a 100% mortgage. Initially this was £82000 and is now £66000. My overpayments were an extra £100 per month but I have now reduced this to £50 per month. My current mortgage interest rate is 1.5%.
So my question is do I continue to overpay £50 per month on my mortgage or do I put this towards my debts instead?
Im will also need post debt to have to save (:rotfl:)for legal fees etc either way if buying or selling so advice on how to make this small payment work most effectively would be appreciated.

    Pay the debt that is costing you the most!

    And put off moving until you have paid the debt off and have some savings behind you.

    When you say buy the other half of the property? You buy shared ownership?
