Halifax offer letter

Hi,I was wondering if anyone knows from being told from the broker that halifax have offered the mortgage and a letter will be out in the post to getting the letter in my hands,we got told late last wed.

It would normally only be a couple of days, maybe tomorrow ask the broker to get the Halifax to re-send it, it looks like the original may have gone astrayEarly retired - 18th December 2014

It would take the broker 5 minutes to send you the electronic copy by e-mail, maybe ask for this to put your mind at rest.

They are emailed to say the offer has been issued, which allows them to have a PDF copy for their records. This isn't the same as the solicitors copy but should give you the reassurance you seek.0 -
I got an email today, 11.59.
Valuation done yesterday. Email today to say valuation satisfactory.
Another email, also 11.59, to say offer issued.
12.19, offer downloaded from Halifax Online, copy in client file and also emailed to client.
