is there any claim for mis-sold business loans
No.I was pressurised into a business loan to pay off an existing loan and overdraft even though the business manager knew that I had previously had a heart attack
You having a heart attack has nothing to do with it. You had debts. All the bank did was transfer a debt you already had into another debt. Probably at lower cost to you as overdrafts are more expensive than loans.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA). The comments I make are just my opinion and are for discussion purposes only. They are not financial advice and you should not treat them as such. If you feel an area discussed may be relevant to you, then please seek advice from an Independent Financial Adviser local to you.0 -
thanks for your reply I probably did not put over what happened the business manager came to my house when I was off work ill and told me that I had to take out this further loan but thanks for the reply anyway.

You could have told them to go away at the door, surely you agreed to this house visit?
Either way, there is no mis-selling.0 -
