When do I admit defeat? DWP
Who?_me?
After six long weeks of trying to get my claim sorted, the promised phone call at this morning has unsurprisingly not happened.
I am in complete despair and am wondering whether to just admit defeat and see how long it will take them to sort it out with out daily phone calls to chase it. I dont think i am able to deal with the broken promises any more.

Whats the problem exactly? You haven't asked a question......"You've been reading SOS when it's just your clock reading 5:05 "0

The question was when do I admit defeat? that no matter what I do, the DWP still haven't sorted my claim.
However, an hour after that post, they rang me and said they will pay me today. I has however taken 2 weeks of phone calls and empty promises to get to this point.
I guess it wasnt really a quesion for answers on, but more of a rhetorial one.0 -
you should never give up. They took ages to sort my claim, and I was waiting around for a while, but it is worth it. I couldn't have survived without it. That's worth the time I spent chasing.0
