Hello! I'm looking for way to lose 10 kg of my weight. Please give me advice what i need to do. Product for weight loss or diet, which is correct decision.

Eat less, exercise more.
You only have to use up slightly more calories than you're taking in to lose weight.
The slower and more carefully you do it, the more chance there is of it being permanent.
Of course, there are loads of psychological issues around weight and losing weight that are the real problem - but the bottom line is that using more than you eat is the only way to do it, and all fad diets, diet foods and miracle cures are doomed to failure unless you address underlying issues.

1. Get recommendations from friends/family/neighbours/etc.
2. Once you have a short-list, VISIT the practices - dont just phone. Go on the pretext of getting a Practice Leaflet.
3. Assess the helpfulness of the staff and the level of the facilities.

Hi Donata, I lost 9 kilos very easily following a low carb diet. I was never hungry and could still have, within reason, dark chocolate, lattes and the odd glass of wine. I still eat this way because it cured some other minor health problems which I had and I feel so much better. It is probably not the best diet for most people but if you have problems with sugar cravings or low blood sugar it is fantastic.0

there is no magic diet, eating plan, tablet or drink,
as said above slow down the pie arm and speed up the exercise.
there really is no way around it, you have got to exercise and eat less.
start with walking, move to jogging then to running, use your big muscle groups burns more calories.
remember the formula slow pie arm
= less weight

Weight loss products or diet pills are not effective ways for the weight loss because they affects the health very badly and also cause the various diseases.0
