Smilefinance
I was looking online for loans last week. This morning I found that Smilefinance had taken £26.34 from my bank account. I do not remember having anything to do with them and I am usually good at looking at terms and conditions and I certainly did not intend to agree to a payment, especially when I did not take out a loan.
I spoke to my bank and it seems that Smilefinance (nothing to do with the Cooperative Bank by the way) act as an admin desk for loan brokers.
Their fee may have been hidden on another loan broker's site.
The point is, be careful when looking online for loans, and watch out for Smilefinance.
