They do seem to take a very long time to arrive from h&m, enough to put people off ordering in the first place if you didn't get some stuff so cheap with the right codes. My order only cost 99p so I was happy . Just a pity these new ones don't make it so cheap.

Ah thanks everyone, just worried as it's a payment slip and needs to be paid by the 15th at the bank as be 20 days then. Hope I don't have to email them because there stop me using the codes again lol

That's a relief, I'm still waiting for an order which was dispatched on 22 March, I'll hang in there a bit longer then. I was looking at the website for how to deal with orders not received but all it talks about is tracking information on orders after dispatch. I'm sure hm.com have never given me a tracking number for any order! So it seems that 'order not received' isn't something they encourage
