    do you mean Cabanossi ?
they make a good sausage onion and potatoe stew with a bit of kick
and they also make a good substitue for andouille sausage (which I cant find anywhere in this country ) in a classic gumbo
as well as a great chicken and sausage casserole with beans

Any recipe where you'd use salami.

Not sure to be honest - :rotfl:

Sold as Dulano, smoked pork kabanossi - ready to eat

Was thinking about something like cassoulet, but wasn't sure.

    Many thanks for suggestions

If it's a smoked sausage it would work in a cassoulet or a La Potee. La Potee is a stew made with a ham hock, a piece of lean pork and a smoked pork sausage, white beans, root vegetables. It sometimes includes a cabbage added in large pieces. IIRC there is a recipe on Delia's website.

You could slice it for pizza too or put in a pasta sauce.
