cashminder acc help

I've had the coop cashminder acc for just over 3 years. Whilst I'm very grateful they gave me an account I'm getting worried about if the way their system works will be wrecking my credit file and if it may be worthwhile switching to say, Barclays?

My child Benefit went into my account on April 2nd. I checked my acc, saw it was in and transferred it to my husbands acc.

I received my bank statement today and the last entry is April 2nd of me transferring the money but being £175 overdrawn. Now I don't have an overdraft facility and always know how much is in my account. I checked my online statements and they have this overdrawn amount on april 2nd as the final entry on the statement, then on the recent transactions have the CB credit as the first entry on the new statement. I know the CB was in my acc before I transferred it so why have they split the credit and debit over 2 statements and put the debit first. Will this not look detrimental to me as if you are just looking at that statement it looks like I used an unauthorised overdraft

I've had this with the cashminder account.

The order you make transactions in one day does not necessarily follow in the same order on the statement.

I rung them and they said it's just a technicality as they only look at the closing balance at the end of the business day and that you are not really overdrawn.
