If the property is registered and in England & Wales then form AP1 is the correct application form to use. However you will also need to complete other forms, inc the Transfer in form TR1.

Transferring the property can be relatively straightforward but we would always recommend seeking legal advice. The issues already mentioned as well as what might happen after the Transfer should also be considered.
