Where do i begin..
Had a car accident no fault of my own , it was total loss. so i started looking in to a loan , kept getting declined so online i went with my bank natwest i was accepted with high apr but accepted - i presumed it would be in my bank fairly quick. i was told it was quicker to go and see my manager so i did, they needed id ( due to the fact my driving license had been sent off for a change of address i could not supply id ) so they couldnt help me - it is now 3 weeks later , my licence arrived this morning so i went straight in to see the manager. she couldnt give me an answer. she has now rang and said the internet online department will give me confirmation in the next 48 hours.
i just dont have the time to wait to be told a big fat 'NO' . my hired car is going on friday - I received my cheque to cover the cost of my old car but that will take the next 3-5 days to clear. and believe me it is not much at all - compared to the price paid for it.
i have work on fri, sat and everyday next week - i work 23 miles away - 1 way, 12.5 hour shifts in a hospital.
Im deseperate for a loan today to get a decent car up and running (due to the amount of mile to and from work i need something better than a crappy banger ) by thursday. im completely stressed out
Is there any help out there for a decent loan to get a car for a not so perfect credit rating.. ive come across websites online that look fairly dodgy for my liking.
i expect i will have to be car-less . i have no work collegues near me for a lift since none are daft enough to travel so far.
i live on farm 3 miles in from a town to get a public transport but i doubt any will arrive for 7am in time for work
( i live in wales, few and far between is public transport here and walking down country lanes in the dark so early morning is not my style )

I have not seen a loan that will give you the money there and then - there was (I think) loans by Hitachi who took an electronic signature, but there was lots of hoops you had to jump to get it, that and their APR was very low (and reading your post I don't know if you'd qualify)
So to answer your question: no, I don't think there is any loan you will be able to obtain in the time limit you want.0 -
What about a loan with a car dealer? they do it there and then don't they?DEBT FREE AND PROUD'Better to remain silent and be thought a fool than to speak out and remove all doubt'0
