Gozo Wedding

Options
Hi all,
I'm looking to get married in Gozo in September 2015, and i'm struggling to find companies, travel agents which cover Gozo and if they do there's not much on offer. But love the idea of getting married there.
Can any body help???

I had a quick google and came up with the following sites:

I just googled "getting married in gozo" and there was no travel agents etc that came up on the first page, it may be that you have to try and 'DIY' it or use a wedding planner and book the actual holiday separately through a travel agent.

We're also getting married abroad (Italy) and doing it DIY with the help of a friend that lives in the area. I wouldn't advise a complete DIY unless you are prepared to go out there a couple of times beforehand to try and organise everything yourself. A wedding planner may be the way forward and there seems to be a lot of them online.

Good luck and let us all know how it goes :)

  • I am a Maltese local and by far I do not recommend any wedding planners...they take commission on each wedding supplier. Apart from that you would have another person/s at your wedding, bugging you to make everything perfect to justify their getting paid...instead of letting the wedding take its natural flow. Having other suppliers at your wedding such as the catering/head waiter, photographer , hotel manager etc.. is already enough on your plate.
You will be able to get plenty of wedding suppliers online rest assure.
The wedding planner will not do your planning just for fun!... I would recommend enjoying the wedding planning yourself - it's fun!

By the way most suppliers cater for Gozo - but there might be a Gozo surcharge over and above Maltese weddings.

Some of local reputable and highly recommended suppliers are :

    Catering:

    busybee
    camillericatering
    hiltonmaltahotel
    osbornecaterers

    Floral :
