Anyone know if there is anything planned for George Sq on Saturday?

THOUSANDS of people are expected to flock to George Square this weekend as part of a campaign calling for the scrapping of the Trident nuclear programme.


...a march which leaves George Square at 10.45am on Saturday and travels along St Vincent Street, Renfield Street, Argyle Street, Queen Street, Ingram Street and South Frederick Street back to George Square.

There is also mention on the glasgow council website of a "Thatcher is dead" party there (it says: it's unofficial, don't go) but doesn't say when.

I hear they're burying Thatcher at sea, just so George Galloway can carry out his promise to dance on her grave.
