Advice on fathers mortgage please.

Hi all,

My father has revently been taken very ill, I have been put in charge of his finances and have discovered that he does not have any insurance on his mortgage.

He is still receiving sick pay at the moment so I am able to pay his monthly amounts, however when this reduces / stops I fear that there will be insufficient funds to maintain payments.

Is there any support for this type of thing? Would i be able to visit the mortgage provider and negociate a freeze in interest or something similar?

Honestly best thing your father can do is ring them.
