We want to make a complaint about AWD for miss-selling mortgage and financial products to us in 2006 and 2008? But I believe they are no longer trading? I would like to know who we need to contact to make a complaint too?

There are very few mortgage complaints and the success rate is tiny. The FOS themselves have come out and said that claims companies are over egging complaints on mortgages and the only real area of concern where a complaint would be considered is if you were sold sub prime when you could have got prime or near prime.
L&G have the liability if you want to proceed but you would do good to get an idea of what you are complaining about. As said, mortgages are tiny on complaints and mortgage insurance is also has limited success too. You would need to show it either being set up wrong (single premium instead of monthly) or having no financial need for it.I am an Independent Financial Adviser (IFA).
