Universal Jobmatch cant log in(again)

Hi, just wondering if anyone else has run into this problem. I'm currently looking for employment, i've done everything asked of me, i've hammered all the websites hard looking for jobs, i've done speculative applications and i've dutifully logged into the jobmatch website every weekday (and most weekends) to look for jobs. I think i last checked jobs friday(it might of been saturday morning but i'm pretty sure it was friday). Its now monday morning and I cant log in. I'm using the right details. I KNOW there the right details. It just wont let me log in. I've even tried other passwords in case i'm forgetting something. No joy. So I reset the password. This involves putting the correct government gateway ID and email address in. You get half the password on the page and the other half in an email. I write both down. Still doesnt let me log in. I have previously activated the account using the email link provided so i know the account hasn't expired due to not confirming the account. My only course of action now is to email an obscure department email address as they have no customer service hotline for when this happens. This is the second time i've not logged in over the weekend and monday morning the account is locked. From experience I already know the job center can still see the account. They can still access the job searches etc. i've done and thats not the issue. The issue is I already know i'm going to get a canned response from the IT email account telling me to remember the password, create a new account or have them flag the account for deletion. Can anyone see a better solution? I dont want to have to write everything down. Its actually REALLY useful to be able to apply for jobs through the site via a login as it means there automatically informed that i'm actively searching for jobs
Its REALLY useful that they have a section where I can pop in activity outside of the job center website so they KNOW that on a day to day basis i'm actively searching for a job. whats REALLY not useful is the fact their website is making me rage right now because its lost my login details again.

E-mail them. If you had problems in the past and contacted them, they have been re setting a whole load of accounts, and I think one of the down times was the weekend just gone. If you have e-mails of you having problems to and from their system, you can show you were having problems with UJM, and that you are trying to sort it out.0

yeah, i emailed them this morning, hopefully they'll get back to me soon, however as it turns out i got some temp work hopefully starting tomorrow so I may not need the bloody website after all ^.^

My first log in is now locked out too.
All activity history to date, lost.

The same thing happened to me when I registered when it started, I've not had the problem recently. The first two accounts I set up got deleted or something (I'm not exactly sure what happened!). I'm in my third login at the moment!0
