I've got too much bread flour, we don't eat much bread. I wondered if there's anything else I can make with it ? Like biscuits or cake or nibbles?

biscuits and cake probably wouldn't be very nice with bread flour as you usually want a low gluten (opposite of bread flour) flour for those.
What about bagels, flat breads/pitas, pizza bases or or the like? You could also do add-ins to normal bread, like cinnamon/sugar, raisins/sultanas etc., nuts, herbs?
If you don't eat much bread for low car reasons, then afraid I'm not much help.:rotfl:0 -
Eh, I'd use it just like ordinary plain flour but probably wouldn't bother with light fatless sponge cakes. Should be fine for bikkies or similar. The only way to find out is to use it.....0

If you make up the apple braid dough you can usually get one braid and 6 of these at the same time.
