Hello
i did an soa a while ago and though i got loads of useful advice, no one was able to lower it much.
I have since managed to get HB and have sorted out exactly my incomings and expenditure. Tonight i contacted CCCS and have appointment in a few weeks for an interview.
My question though is, my ESSENTIAL outgoings come to £134 a month more than my incomings.
As there will be nothing to pay off my debts will i be forced into bankruptcy?
(i'll worry about where i find the rest of the money to live on at some point soon, though it seems an overwhelming thought!)
Thanks

I'm afraid I don't know much about bankruptcy, but how about posting on the bankruptcy board at the top of these threads and they may be able to give you a bit of info about it.
The CCCS are pretty good by all accounts so they will be able to give you all the options. They would only advise bankruptcy if it is really the best option for you.

If, before debts you are spending more than your income this simply can't continue as you will eventually run out of money. and no dont delay this issue, you need to addres this now.
so post the soa and your general circumstances.0 -

I'll repost my SOA tomorrow, too tired to deal with anything right now.
