Council tax on stable buildings

I hope someone here can help me.
We have brick built stable buildings on our land. We have never used them, we have no horses and they are getting pretty derelict, the rooves are falling in etc. Someone told me that stables were included in your council tax banding, agricultural buildings are not, but stables are not agricultural buildings.
I would like to challenge my council tax banding, which seems ludicrously high, but I would like to know if it includes the presence of the stables.
Thank you.
