Hi
can any one tell we if when you die your debts die with you, i'm in big debt.(first plus) if when i die and my house does not cover my debts, can the company go after my children for the out standing amount.

They come out of the estate, but if there is no estate, that's that. Nobody else is responsible for the debts.
I've had this conversation with many a credit card insurance salesperson ringing me at home!
It usually ends with me saying "look, I'll be dead, I won't care!"0 -
miss_help from someone who has thought this way and then messed up, please don't be hasty.
there is help here and although the process is hard and stressful, it's really not as bad as you think. i've come through and can see the light !!
