30th Party On Friday..Have I Got Everything?

My hubbie turns 30 next Friday and i keep going over everything to make sure i have it covered.

I have the decorations and balloons and will get into the venue at midday to set up. I was going to getthe balloons filled with Helium the day before, should save me time on the Friday. Will be ok i would imagine.
On Thursday i am getting the food (my brother is making sandwhiches) we are expecting 100 there so how many loafs of bread would you suggest? Fillings i am having will be Cheese, Ham,Tuna and egg. That should do i hope. Getting mini pizzas, someone is making coleslaw for us and someone is doing a pasts, will have sausage rolls.
On Friday morning i will collectthe cake and drop it off at the venue.
I pay the DJ the other half of the cost on the night.
Dont really need to do anything else do i?

Just worried about numbers, not had many replies back despite asking and asking.

What kind of balloons are you filling with helium? I could be mistaken but I think that normal latex balloons don't last very long when filled - unlike the foil ones.

The big one for his table is a foil one, the other 12 (2 packs of 6) doesnt say on the outside. I got it from partypuffin.co.uk

They are latex balloons so probably won't stay inflated well if you do them the day before. It says on the website 12 hours.
