OR INTERVIEW JAN 2013. Now APRIL & heard nothing???

Sick with worry. Had OR interview ( in person) early January 2013. Still haven't heard anything and now it is April.
No meeting of creditors called.
Was made bankrupt November 2012.
I completed expenditure & income in January and had a surplus of £133.00 a month. Still not heard or been asked to pay anything???
Is this normal???

Ive replied on your previous post.
Ring them tomorrow.
If i remember correctly i spoke to the OR and they said they may be interested in my £800 car but didn't think i would have to pay anything (monthly installments)
I'm sure they said it would be confirmed in a letter. Within a week i had the letter confirming that no payments were required and i could keep my car.
They could of sent you a letter and it never arrived.
Ring them tomorrow to put your mind at rest. If you are under a payment plan you could be missing payments through no fault of your own. If there isn't a plan, just because you've rang to check doesn't mean their going to make you start paying because you've rang!

I'd stay quiet and hope I reach automatic discharge without an IPA in place
