i have done something about it i am notranting in here like i said i am making peolpe aware of what there company is like and that is it and yes i have gone through the correct way it has been 3 months now and still no refund the trading standards are dealing with this NOW !!

So what did your bank say when you told them that it was an unauthorised transaction?
