In brief ex of 10 years ago, had 1 child together who is now 8. CSA claim was made in 2005 - ex on benefit at that time.

For the last 6 years he has committed fraudulent DWP and public funding claims while being in receipt of all full benefits, while working cash in had full time (he is a qualified Diesel Mechanic). Twice so far he had been caught by DWP but not for public funding, I do no know the out come but he rang me 5 years ago worried about the photographic evidence they had on him. At no time did he provided for our D at all and still hasn't to date. (CSA take 8 per MONTH for D)We have not spoken for years now and he has no contact with D. The last 18 months he went self employed as per CSA, CSA informed me that his declared earnings were £64 per week, they advised they could do nothing until his tax returns had been filed, that was only done this January (18 months so far) hence the amount of 8 per week csa. CSA asked for a revision on his now earning and contacted inland revenue who highlighted at present he was only declaring £64.week again with no fluctuations? CSA advised that I report him for benefit fraud and tax evasion as they also believe that this is being committed and from their own papers and inquiries, they can do no more until I report it.So I did.
I reported him to DWP and the inland revenue for tax evasion, more importantly my relative lives one street down from him and said he works full time and weekends on occasions and has recently come back from Florida and last year he went to Ireland 5 times, and yet he only earns £64 per week, his has one child that lives with him so he will receive child tax, H/B /C/B etc.

He has been in a court case (family law) for 4 years solid and has received in the excess of £40.000 public funding this dept has not been informed of any benefit fraud he remains in full receipt of his legal certificate.
Note: he has no accountant, most money is cash, and his self employed older brother did his tax returns.

My questions are?

What will happen as a result of the benefit frauds committed and will the csa be able, in a few months to find out from the inland revenue his true earnings? (pending that an investigation will be conducted?

How do I inform the public funding, there is no method online that I can find to inform them and they have numerous office, I tried one and they had no idea who was dealing with it and it took 2 hours to get through and they now only open a few hours a day.

Can anyone advise? as I now after 8 years of of practically no csa I have finally put my foot down and doing something about now, as I have had enough, he earns nearly £500.00 per week and I only get £8 per month? its not right is it? thanks in advance to anyone who advises.
