Still in IPA? Confused

Hi,
When I first went BR I had a small IPA of £35 per month. I had had a change in income, informed the OR and my IPA was cancelled (their words). I am due for AD in early July. If my income etc stay the same until then, which it should do, is that it or am I still under the radar for another 24 months?
Really hoping its the first option as this is what I have been thinking for moths now. Its only because I read something else on here that has put my mind in doubt.
Thanks in advance.x

hi....was the original IPA a surplus-based IPA?
If so...then [AFAIK] if circumstances change, it can either be [a] cancelled, or suspended.
If the latter, then each month of not having to pay, counts towards the three years.
If [as you describe] it is the former [cancelled], do you have this in writing from the OR?
If so, then I would be inclined to presume, once AD has been achieved, that is it as far as changes to income are concerned.
Or was it an IPA set-up for an NT tax code?
And the amount of [tax] surplus wasn't enough to warrant collection? No, I don't think all other drivers are idiots......but some are determined to change my mind.......0 -
up until April I had a Nil nax code IPA but previous to this it was surplus income related. I have an email that says 'it has been cancelled' Happy days!
