Hmm I didn't get a form, just the ticks and picture stayed there, I've come out of it now, I will try again later if I get chance, thanks

Find the 10 hidden objects in the Where's Wally? picture. There are +/- buttons at the top left of the picture to zoom in and out.

I've found them all but after completing there's no form to fill in, so hope I'm entered after all that time searching! :eek:
