Hello all.

I currently have a small loan with "Express", which is due to be repaid on the 22nd. Now, to my knowledge once you have a payday loan with a company, you can't take a second one.
Today I checked my bank account online and saw Payday express has deposited 215 pounds, which I didn't apply for nor sign for electronically, and have received an email in my junk box from them with the credit agreement, although their first email from the loan which I requested from them was sent to my normal inbox.
I checked the Credit agreement, and there is no signature nor date from me, it's just blank, what is strange is this amount also entered my account on the same day I phoned them to defer the loan.

Help and advice would be muchly appreciated, cheers.

Phoning them is only way to solve it, we have no idea what they are thinking down at payday express. It could be just in error.

Vauxhall, if you haven't already, I would contact them and get the money taken back before you get tempted to spend/use it.

Having a "small loan", but not small enough, that you can afford to repay it, without defering it, suggests you need to address your financial situation immediately.

You don't need the temptation of having money you didn't request, sitting in your account.
