Help needed - what mortgage could we get ?

Hello to all
We're looking for an indication of what we could borrow in the current mortgage market. We are both starting new jobs, I will be on a renewable one year freelance contract (£45k), GF will be on permanent PAYE (£30k). We have spent the last year abroad. Previously we were self-employed (have 3 years' accounts).
We'd be grateful for opinions from brokers on this forum as to how much we could borrow.
Thanks in advance,
Chris72

You need to establish you employment and get yourselves back on the electoral roll.
What you did in the past year or your previous employment history has no bearing with regards to a mortgage application now.0 -
