Please Help With My Re-Mortgage

Easy solution.
Pay the 37k as an overpayment on your current mortgage.
Make sure you find out what is the max you can pay without penalty first. Its probably 10% of current balance per year.
If you cant re-mortgage dont bother. Just overpay.
Theres no point in 4% on savings whilst paying 4.79% on a mortgage.0 -

Firstly apologies for the bluntness. As a Newbie I don't want to discourage you from posting!
Act responsibly and settle your debts. Would be a major step forward. As the way you are behaving is precisely why the bank has no interest in you as a customer.
Until you get yourself sorted out. Clean up your credit record. You will find finance or credit arrangements had to obtain.0
