I'm not very keen on fish, but a tin of tuna stirfried up with onions, sweetcorn and peppers is delicious on brown rice or with a jacket spud...or even on a potato waffle
Try adding herbs and spices to food as well...... mild chilli to tuna.

Thanks for this!! Tried it last night and it was gorgeous!! Had run out of onion but it didn't matter. I added peas instead for a bigger rainbow. Also would never have thought to add chilli!
Will be doing this again later in the week.0 -
Well, to stay healthy, its not just all about eating. Exercise is important too. Drink plenty of water and eat fresh fruits and vegetables. Use olive oil when you cook any item and stay away from fast food. Maintain proper diet. All these will lead you to a healthy life.0

I Exercise 2 or 3 times a week (60 minute routine) and walk to work and back twice a day 5 days a week (10 minutes each way and twice a day because I go home for lunch).
Apart from peas my veg is always fresh often bought on the day or day before.
Always use olive oil for cooking.
Only have fastfood/take away once a month.
Unfortunately not a bring drinker of water though.0 -

Glad you liked it, it was something I discovered when "using up the stuff I had in" :rotfl:
Think it might be on the cards for dinner tomorrow...
