no DCA will ever refuse an offer in writing. They will just say its not acceptable and want more.0 -
Zenshi, even if they don't accept initially keep paying the small amounts. It's fine (and probably a better idea) to send your SOA - be polite to them after all as you want to prove to them you're doing the best you can so they accept quicker.0
