    I sent them SOA on Stepchange advice!

    DCA?

    So even if I get no reply or acceptance from them, carry on and make the token payment?
    LBM.....sometime in 2013 £27,056. 10 creditors
    June 20.....£7,587.....3 creditors left 72% paid

    £26,200 on interest only part of mortgage (July 16)...will chip away £17,103
    £49,200 repayment mortgage ( July 16) £37,764

    DCA - Debt Collection Agency.

    no DCA will ever refuse an offer in writing. They will just say its not acceptable and want more.

    Zenshi, even if they don't accept initially keep paying the small amounts. It's fine (and probably a better idea) to send your SOA - be polite to them after all as you want to prove to them you're doing the best you can so they accept quicker.
