Travel Channel /Freesat Four Seasons Resort Competition

• The prize comprises elements to enable the winner and a companion to take a short break in Marrakesh:
• Three nights’ accommodation for two (2) people in a Pavillion Room at the Four Seasons Resort, Marrakesh.
• Return economy flights from the winner’s choice of UK airport.
• Breakfast is included in the prize, but all other meals, drinks and refreshments are the responsibility of the winner.
• Two (2) Spa Treatment vouchers for use at the Resort.
• The return flight prize element must be completed by Saturday 31st August 2013.
• The winner is responsible for paying for all additional expenses, including transportation to and from their departure airport and all incidental expenses incurred.
• The winner is responsible for any charges levied by the carrier in respect of baggage.
• These terms and conditions apply to both the winner and their companion.
• Both tickets must be redeemed at the same time and cannot be split.
• Tickets must be used on the same journey, on the same day and on the same flights.
• All flight taxes and charges are included.
• Tickets cannot be upgraded, transferred, sold or exchanged.
• Flights are subject to availability and capacity control and must be booked at least three (3) weeks in advance.
• To facilitate booking, the winner should provide their first choice, second choice and third choice dates of travel at least three (3) weeks in advance of the earliest potential flight date.
• The winner and his/her travelling companion are responsible for supplying valid passports and visas and obtaining inoculations that may be required to visit the destination that is their prize. Any associated cost(s) incurred must be borne by the winner and his/her travelling companion.
• The promoter recommends that all passengers obtain travel and medical insurance prior to commencing any flight.
• The winner is responsible for any income or use tax assessed in connection with the prize.
• Prize flights are non-changeable and non-transferrable. No cash or credit alternatives are offered. No upgrades are allowed.
• Prize flights cannot be used in conjunction with any carrier’s frequent flyer promotion, nor any other discount coupon(s) or voucher(s), promotion(s) or special offer(s), or jointly with any other organisation, bonus, awards or certificates. Frequent flyer points will not be awarded for travel under this promotion.
• Tickets awarded under this promotion and all travel on flights is subject to the carrier’s general conditions of carriage for passengers and baggage and the notice and conditions of contract contained on each ticket or itinerary. It is the responsibility of the winner to ensure compliance with these.
• By taking part in this Travel Channel / Freesat prize draw, entrants agree to be bound by these Rules.
• Entrants must be at least 18 years old. (The promoter reserves the right to seek further proof of age at its discretion).
• Only one entry per named individual is permitted. To enter, go to https://www.freesat.co.uk and answer the competition entry question. Where an entry is made on the website a valid e-mail address must be provided and only one entry (and one named entrant) per e-mail address is permitted. Where a breach of this requirement occurs, only the first valid entry received by Freesat on https://www.freesat.co.uk will be considered, and all others deemed invalid.
• The winner shall be chosen automatically by means of winner selection software, in accordance with the laws of chance, from amongst all valid entries submitted via the Freesat website before the closing date of midnight on Tuesday 16th April 2013. The identification of all entrants who answer the question correctly and the random selection of the winner from this pool of entrants shall both be carried out automatically by the software associated with this website. Any subsequent or runners-up prizes are awarded on the same basis as above.
• The draw will be supervised by a member of the Freesat Senior Management team and shall be performed in London on Friday 19th April 2013.
• No employee of Scripps Network International (UK) Limited, Freesat, or their families shall be eligible to enter.
• There is no cash alternative to any prize, but Scripps reserves the right to offer an alternative prize of equal or greater value.
• In the event the winner is unable to take up their prize, Scripps Network and Freesat reserves the right to award the prize instead to the a runner up.
• The winner(s) acknowledges that flights are supplied by third party companies and that Scripps Network and Freesat have no responsibility for these. The winners will be required to sign and abide by their carrier’s terms and conditions and/or booking conditions in order to take up a prize. The winner and any travelling companion(s) are expected to have adequate travel insurance.
• Scripps Network and Freesat accept no responsibility for any lost, inaccurate, illegible or unidentifiable entries. Scripps Network and Freesat will not acknowledge entries.
• The winners agrees, subject to prevailing data protection legislation, to their names being published on the https://www.freesat.co.uk and https://www.travelchanneltv.com websites and in other media, and may be asked to be involved in other publicity.
• Unless stated otherwise, the winner(s) will be notified on April 19th 2013 (via the e-mail address or telephone number provided when entering). Details of the winner(s) will normally be posted on the https://www.freesat.co.uk and https://www.travelchanneltv.com websites for a minimum period of three (3) weeks from such notification, or a list of the winner(s) is available during the same period by sending a return-stamped and self-addressed envelope marked with the name of the Prize Draw to Travel Channel, 64 Newman Street, London W1T 3EF, England.
• These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and the courts of England shall have exclusive jurisdiction in relation to any disputes arising there from.
