It's so important not to disclose anything on here that could possibly identify you to the parking companies. One of the largest companies on here has this job on offer

http://www.parkingeyejobs.co.uk/Vacancies/EnforcementOfficer

Part of their main duties is this
Finding potential candidates for ‘further action’ by analysing a number of key websites/forums and the information they provide

So they employ people to deliberately target people on here and other sites, and you can bet its not just them doing it but others also. Here is the information we need to help you

1) Where you were ticketed ie England/Wales
2) When you were ticketed ie in the last couple of weeks
3) The name of the company helps
4) Whether you have contacted the company already
5) At what stage you are at, for example debt collectors writing to you.
6) Whether you are the Registered Keeper of the vehicle
7) If its a company vehicle or leased/hired

What we don't need is precise dates and times of entering or leaving the car park, anything that could make your situation unique like Parking Eye ticketed me in an Argos loading bay in Stockport . This narrows you down to a very specific timeframe. We also do not need the exact amount of time you were over, for example I was 37mins over the 2 hour free time.

Too much information can lead to an increased chance of a claim against you if you've ignored the parking company to begin with.

Thanks Chrisk for pointing it out

Well done, can I assume you have mentioned this also to the other 2 sites?

They will soon learn, that those who come here are best avoided, as they will be given the correct information to see any speculative court claim thrown out.
They have no legal or lawful right to charge illegal penalties.
    They can not change that.
    let them try.
We have beaten them before, many times and shall do so again.
    Be happy...;)

This one has worked out okay, but the reason why it's important not to give to much information should be obvious, the OP of this uploaded the actual letter in leaving exact times and gave to much information.

Just a bump to remind people not to disclose to much information on this site, and per my signature. I encourage all the regulars to put something in their signatures about not disclosing too much information on this site
